iHeartMedia appoints Derrick Brown as Vice President of Urban Programming for the Chicago region, effective immediately. He'll oversee all urban programming and digital operations for V103, 107.5 WGCI and Inspiration 1390. Most recently, Brown served as Director of Urban Programming for iHM's Chicago region and V103 Program Director. Previously, he was Assistant PD and midday host for 93.9 LITE FM in Chicago as well as PD of WKYS-FM/Washington DC, KDJM-FM/Denver and WHQT-FM/Miami.
