It depends on what your career goals are. They just went through a round of lay offs. So there's a chance you're just filling a temporary void that was created by someone who jumped off the sinking ship when he/she found out their position will be gone soon.

But then again, it's probably not a good time to be picky.

I’m sure the current COVID-19 situation has changed things for many broadcasters with respect to their operations.

Yes, it has. However, we are making it through. I still get up at 2AM and here by 3.
