IKEA of FM Radio

If you owned an FM station in 2006 that had pretty good coverage of the valley, what would you do with it? IKEA opens one store in the valley and everyone all over Arizona shops there, it's packed. What could an FM do to draw that attention "and still keep a license" without breaking the bank in advertising, talent or having to wait 10 years for a reward?

Offer as prizes overpriced, cheaply made furniture that is impossible to assemble and falls apart in a few months? (like IKEA)

What, you mean like a swedish meatball format?

I heard that when the Iraqi army invaded Kuwait in 1990, the Kuwait City Ikea was the real reason. They're still fishing improvised explosive devices out of the toddler's ball room.
Edited by zumahans1 on 12/17/05 06:11 PM.
