Im availabel for FT work in the Central Pa market. I do not drive so I need a living arrangement close to the station. Im capable of doing the various forms of rock whether it's classic hits or newer rock. Although I hate Nickelback I can pretend I like them and hold my nose while I play them. Don't sell yourself too short in the job market. The figures you mention are not unreasonable. According to the National Chamber of Commerce and U.S. Sensus Bureau numbers, those without a high diploma earn $18,734 per year. Those with a diploma earn $27,915. A bachelor's degree: $51,206. However, we're dealing with a lot of CC stations, among others in the broadcast arena.
