Does anyone know who Kepper-Tupper or Prime Cities Broadcasting is? They are listed as being at 112 High Ridge Road in Ridgefield, CT! The only two broadcasters I know who live in Ridgefield are Dennis Jackson and Art Liu.

Prime Cities Broadcasting, Inc is the owner of the two Full Power Fox Stations in Minot and Bismarck, North Dakota along with several translators in ND and MT.

Just curious........
 
Not knowing the area too well over there, it might just be a drop box, some kind of UPS store mailbox type of thing.
