I'm Gonna Sue...Youuuuuuuuuuu!

Well,...**** your pistol,...cuz...you ain't gonna beee-lieve this one:
Michael Jackson's mother is now suuuuue-ing a concert promoter for the money that her dead son might've made, if he had performed 50 allegedly scheduled concerts...for 40-Billion dollars! ...and Dr. Phil is sueing NBC for all those hot stage lights that sterilized his head meat, and kept hair folicals...from folic-ing! Sheeeeeeeeeeeesh, and here in the GSP, we don't have one radio station that can garner double-digit ratings. At the Jackson trial, even the list of alleged witnesses makes no damn sense:
Former wives, Lisa Marie Presly, and Debbie Rowe. The latter of the two was the white heffer that gave birth to his alleged kids. The Lisa Marie thing was a pub-stunt. They were never married, and if they were, you never heard beans about her getting any money, after he died. Jackson, a good singer, a better dancer, a great entertainer, in general, but how can you sue for money that someone might've made? I don't understand why Jackson, born a damn good looking, multi-talented black would spend millions on plastic surgery to escape his own race. Better yet, why not use that gathered jury to research why all three of his alleged biological children...only resemble him...after the afore mentioned plastic surgery??

Jackson family counsel is anticipating what AEG Live's defense is going to argue: namely, that Jacko was so screwed and was such damaged goods that he either would have been incapacitated or dead and that because of that their damages claimed are speculative at best.

What you are likely to hear coming out of this trial is going to be a defense exposition of how much of a freak Michael Jackson was. There is no reason to expect that defense counsel will hold any punches. The guy is dead and they might as well inflict as much damage to the greedy family as possible.

Jackson, a good singer,

I recall just one song where he actually sung. The remainder of his music was squeeks, howls and other gastrointestinal sounds similar to a monkey with his genitalia caught in a vise. His girl-voice made me cringe and was a primo button pusher.

a better dancer,

MJ was a one trick pony and made his moonwalk famous. Other than that he was a good, but not outstanding stage dancer whose jerky motion could make my dog carsick. His choreographer ripped off the East German Honor Guards with their goosestepping. Crap originality.

a great entertainer,

Without singing and dancing what kind of entertainment is left? His stand-up sucked and the few appearances he made without his entourage of umbrella holders and beefy guards was certainly not entertainment outside TMZ.

Very common in wrongful death cases.

Those are not his bio kids.

Parasites. The parents are/were/have been nothing but parasites.
