Two suggestions:

1- Use Word (or some other word processor) to write narrative for your website. Then run spell and grammar checker. It will find things like run-on sentences, misspelled words, and incomplete sentences. Once it is fixed, cut and paste into the web design software.

2- Learn to use something like Dreamweaver (or whatever Adobe calls it these days). You can usually find a decent class in the local community college's continuing education program (if not there, try the business center). One caution, be prepared to put up with a few computer idiots in the class.

Good luck.

Mike, thanks for the tips. I think Office 2003 Pro has Publisher and I may try to start learning that. Dreamweaver is out of my budget right now. I know I've checked on it for the station's websites (since I am the webmaster of the sites). It is probably the better choice, but too pricey for me. Now if the station ever buys it that's another story.

Double J ... check out e-bay. You can likely buy a two or three year old version of MX Studio for well under $100. I use version 6 and it works just fine!

Again thanks to all for all the tips. I want to post here that I now have my home based business website up at www.jordanbroadcastservices.com. It's a little crude, but since it has taken nearly 10 years to get it physically up on the internet I think I can be given a little slack somewhere. Hope you enjoy it and as always any comments/critique is welcome. I'm still learning HTML and such so don't get too fancy on me.

Hi John

You need to include audio demos on your website. Examples of your work.

Yep I know and they will be there sometime soon. I've got to get it put together to upload.

I have demos there now. Only two for now, but there may be more in the future.
