I'm looking to lease my station in the DC market

Does anyone know the best method to advertise a radio station for lease. I have a DC property I wish to lease. Good signal. Thanks in advance for your advice.

You could also talk to some of the foreign and religious broadcasters...maybe advertise with some of the religious groups like NRB.

Have you checked out any translators in the station's daytime coverage. Leasing your station might be a better deal than an HD 2 or 3 lease might be. Also have you contacted any of the clusters or other operators in the market? If they are not at Market Cap then they might be interested.

Radio Maria New York was looking for a full time frequency in New York.
