I'm wondering if any stations played "Poetry Man" last week

since Phoebe Snow passed away. I'm guessing not...or not too many...and that's why radio, in general, SUCKS !

Amen

CKRA in Edmonton played it and talked quite a bit about her. I listen to their internet stream constantly.

Did not hear a word about her passing.....good thing I check radio-info. I loved her song "Never Letting Go" On a related topic, I searched youtube for some Minnie Ripperton and found some great video!

I played it...plus an interview clip with her from the vaults! She has a great story about the song. Great person. She will be missed!

Sorry I'm late to the party, but I occasionally hear "Poetry Man" at the drugstore where I work.

I had no idea Ms. Laub had "Gone at Last" or had had a brain hemorrage (sp) over a year earlier. RIP Phoebe. BTW Phoebe, I rode the Lackawanna rails on a tourist train out of Steamtown NHS in Scranton, PA in 2003, down to Moscow, PA.
