First Broadcasting's sale of 103.9 KXCL in the Sacramento market appears to have the company ready to move the 80s format to the 92.1 signal that rimshots the market.

Well, in order to do that, they have to get rid of "Howard"(KHWD) first, since they won't flip any of their other properties in Sacramento.

KHWD could keep Howard Stern mornings, much like WBUF in Buffalo, NY has done, if it were to flip to JACK-FM...<P ID="signature">______________
