Improvements for 3 Little Rock market stations

The owners of KKZR, KHTE, KOLL have just filed applications to place boosters in Little Rock to impove intown reception.
 
Did you look at the (minimal) power levels for KOLL and KHTE? That may be an expensive proposition. I cannot imagine why they would need a booster for KKZR; perhaps the parking attendant in the basement of the TCBY tower is having trouble receiving it. It's by far the best signal they've got.
