All this fascination with Imus here and in other markets. Funny, but few were ever very enthralled with his show (outside of NYC) before he was embroiled in controversy.
Now that he's the cause celeb, radio geeks are drooling over him "coming back" and which station in their market will have him. He was a dud in all but a few markets all these years, anyway. His firing has made him legendary but on his best days his numbers were a shadow of Stern's (remember?).
