IMUS returns 12/1

"The Saturday edition of the Times will report the deal between Don Imus and Citadel Broadcasting is a done deal and that he will return to New York City radio about December 1. The Times says the I-Man will be on WABC-AM from 6-10am, and Imus is also looking for a TV channel to carry his radio show, similar to his former MSNBC deal. Citadel Chief Farid Suleman tells the Times, "He did something wrong. He didn't break the law. He's more than paid the price for what he did." [NOTE]

Where does that put Imus in Providence 6-10 am?

Just a scenerio and not true. I would like to see to make everyone happy.

I think it would be very unlikely. They have just put JD there and to shake it up again wouldn't make sense (also bring in a non local entity) <1 book into the new line up....there IS a good relationship with Ron St. Pierre and Imus going way back to bringing him to Providence/WRX and if the O&A experience isn't doing well on the Score, maybe a landing zone there; but I still most strongly feel as he will get back with HJJ (poor Helen, another move). The lineup you gave is a good one and could work; but I don't think they would tinker that much with the lineup so shortly after setting it.
