More Info. Rutgers University basketball player Kia Vaughn, who filed a lawsuit against former CBS Radio sports WFAN/New York morning host Don Imus last month for calling her team “nappy-headed hos” on his show in April, has dropped the defamation case, reports the New York Post in its Wednesday (Sept. 12) edition.
