IMUS: sued again?

Has the I-man gone loopy in the summer heat,or has he used this week's first two days to try and get even? Apparently an MD is bringing suit against him for Imus "yelling at him." Imus said he was taking his time in the treatment of a young girl in pain.
This on top of the Contessa Brewer thing that "I" was disturbed about on Monday. I still don't know what happened there but it isn't surprising it didn't work out. Imus likes the freedom to refer to his news readers as sluts,drunks,airheads.
