How many radio stations will pick up Imus starting monday? (feed from WABC/abc net radio/citadel) and will he be on RFDTV monday? (audio and video)

According to USA Today, RFD-TV will indeed carry the show starting Monday, as well as "a few dozen stations":

Any major market AM or FM stations picking up Imus monday? didn't he have trouble getting affiliates before--- when he was fed from WFAN/westwood one? I recall some cities where he did not air--- or where he aired, failed and was removed. I assume WABC will stream his show on -line?
I was also wondering will Time Warner Cable TV be carrying the Imus channel on their system in New York City ?

As far as major market stations, WTKK 96.9 FM in Boston will be picking up Imus. They also had him when he was on the FAN. I am not sure which Providence, RI station will be carrying him.
Update: in Providence, RI, Imus will be heard on 790 WSKO-AM.
