In a perfect world...

Ratings-challenged KBZT would flip to "Blazin' 94-9." San Diego's Hits & Hip Hop!
A deep CHR-Rythmic to fill the void after Z90 went Top 40 and 98.9 went Sports/then Spanish.

Your turn... ;)

In a perfect world, FM 94/9 would grow some balls and bring back "It's About the Music" and the people that made it work in the first place. But then I'm an old nostalgic fart that doesn't know much.

That would make too much sense, which is why they'll flip to Punk Country first.

Oh for goodness sake... Does EVERY station in San Diego with low number have to be "The Next Urban Station?" Urban has NEVER done well in San Diego. I give you "Hot 92.5." How about "92.5 The Heat?" Remember "Blazin'98-9?" Its VERY tough to sell that kind of format, no matter how good the numbers would be. And thus far, none have had "good" numbers.

Z90 was never an "Urban" station. I'd much rather read that KBZT went back to Greatest Hits.

In a perfect broadcast radio world, it a song needs a bleep or a special clean version, it doesn't get played on the air.

Those days are gone however.
