In case you didn't know...

Steve Butler's wife Martha passed away today.
No details are known at this time, really.
They say that "heart attack" is suspected.
Look for more news here, or somewhere later.
Let's all keep him in mind.

Thanks for passing this along here. I found out earlier today and was totally shocked. Steve is one of the good guys in radio and I have really enjoyed his addition at WREC.

Folks, life is too short; cherish every moment of it.
 
Hey there Danoinark....I may know you. Did you ever work at WASL/WTRO in Dyersburg?
 
From what I've been told, WREC (Steve's current employer) has set up a condolence message board on their web site.

Worked with Steve back in the Froggy/WRVR days. Great guy! My thoughts and prayers are with him.
