In either case, you only can further this pain yourself. Rather than litigate, turn off the radio.

And do what? Turn on the TV? Yeah...there's some quality programming with minimal commercial interruption. Or maybe I should wait until tomorrow morning for the newspaper to be delivered, there's real quality there and no commercials. Lot's of people under 60 get their news from the paper don't they?
 
Or you can go on the Internet... where, incidentally, there happens to be a show about radio... 8)
