Robin Erickson forced the Tom Leykis show to nights in her out of court settlement. She wanted to make sure that Leykis was “out of the way” and could not “cause any more harm to females in Seattle”. God save the single mothers out there form Leykis.

As for the Wolf and another country station in the market… Is their truly room for another country station in the Seattle market? Anybody remember KYCW? That station format went the way of the dodo. For those with short memory it was country (YUCK!)

I hope Entercom goes tits up! I hate that company! I have to say that with all that has gone on with KQBZ they should have just kept the Pat Cashman Show!

We shouldn't forget that KYCW didn't fail... it was bought by the group that owns KMPS. I'm just happy that Clear Channel and Entercom now have something to erode the Infinity country audience. Most likely a year from now KMPS will no longer be able to claim the spot they've held for so long.

Of course Entercom won't go under. Nor will Clear Channel, Infinity, or Sandusky. We all have our elected public servants from both political parties to thank for the Telecommunications Debacle of 1996.
