Actually, it was almost more like ABC Radio buys Citadel. Walt Disney Company will have a 52% share in the company's ownership. Here we all were, thinking ABC Radio was up for sale, when ABC Radio technically did the buying!

I was a little confused by the ABC News story I read though. It said "Citadel Broadcast Group" would become "Citadel Communications." Wasn't that already their name though? Hence the citicomm.com website and employee e-mail addresses?

Or did ABC make an error?

According to the exciting corporate history of Citadel:

Citadel Communications Corporation was formed as the parent company to its wholly-owned operating subsidiary Citadel Broadcasting Company.

Please like anyone else would have this much info or care that much. I liked you pawning it off as "their" e-mail and such. Why don't you call Farid and Judy and ask them about it. The number is next to your picture of Nsync and Ricky Martin making out.
