Comcast Corp., the nation's largest cable company, on Thursday unveiled a new management team that will take shape along with the addition of Adelphia Communications Corp.'s business, which Comcast has agreed to acquire in a joint deal with Time Warner Inc.'s cable unit.
Comcast said the team will consist of five operating divisions separated by region.
As part of the change, Comcast said it is forming a New England addition, which will hold the existing Comcast, Adelphia and Time Warner systems in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, Western Pennsylvania and Comcast systems in Maine.
