Rob Lee will begin doing weekends on KICKS this weekend.

He got tired of NASCAR.
 
What I hear he's a weekend warrior. KICKS would never air Country Gold.
 
I did the last Ctry. Gold show on Kicks taking over when Mack Berry left then it went to Eagle and Randy Blake hosted the show. Ctry. Gold will never come back on Kicks with it's current format of music. BTW Macho does a great job with the music.
 
I wonder what all the former Eagle people are doing now - wasn't Johnny Grey the first on a long list to leave during the past 1 -1/2 years?

As I remember, Johnny Grey and Garry Kinsey took the ABC early retirement offer, way before the Citadel sale went through.

Johnny Grey, Formerly of Eagle, and One time Program Director of WPLO am 590 In Atlanta... BTW, what is Voice Makeover? Is that where you get a magical voice change? If so I want the pipes of Charlie Van Dyke... K Earth 101 Los Angeles....
 
You can hear Johnny Grey doing spots for Carl Black GMC on Kicks. He was a great music director and is a good friend. He's missed but he is enjoying his retirement.
 
Heard Rob Lee on Kicks over the weekend, GLAD to have him back...... did he take Rick Ziesigs place or whatever his name is. Melissa Miller has certainly been working alot. Anyone know much about her?
