Incorrect Sizing on Commercial on WCTX/59

Was watching the Yankees game last night on WCTX/59 and noticed that there is something wrong with the sizing of the commercial for the Connecticut Lottery's new Wheel of Fortune Scratch Game. Although the commercial filled the entire screen part of it was cut off on the left, so that on screen it say the top prize of the scratch game was 0,000. Where I was watching the game they have both HD and analog TVs. Both were set to Comcast Channel 9.
 
Can't blame them for msitruth in advertising: in many of these games, there is a very good chance that you will win $0,000.
