I could never understand the payola issue going all the way back to Alan Freed. If anybody is so shallow and unoriginal as to buy records and go to certain concerts just because their favorite DJ or Radio Station plays some records they are sorry SOBs. What worries me and doesn't seem to bother the politicians are the political quid pro quos like Blagojevich for example.

Sorry, this is a nonissue and I hope they are cleared. Maybe the people investigating radio stations should look around themselves and get those big logs out of their own eyes. :mad:
