Indy Notes

I drove through Indy today. A few notes from the gray dashboard:

WICR's audio quality is probably the best in Indianapolis.

WNOU's DJ's have great energy, and the signal is great for the target population. I am just sad that when driving north, by exit 20 on I-69, it's mush. There is no suitable CHR. WLBC comes close.

WCBK played Monster Mash today. That was great.

WIBC still sounds odd on FM. I'm old school (not that "old skool") and think that traditional N/T should be on AM.

The Track, WJJK, and Warm sounded good within midday and PM Drive dayparts.

...sigh...

Shouldn't that be... (in a female voice)

Sigh, by Tom Berg ;D
107.9 THE TRACK ... With your favorite sound effects while you drive to work!

Now there's a hot new format.
:p

C'mon RDO.

I'm just having a little fun with the situation. I understand why what happened to me..uhh, happened.

Besides, I'm pulling weekends on Oldies 101.9 so life is good.

On a side note, I applied for a sales job, for which I had to fill out an online personality-psychology test..and I FAILED!

Perhaps I shouldn't have posted that. ::)

How do you fail a personality test? Does that mean you don't have a personality? I know you actually have a soul, so maybe sales isn't for you ;D

Good. Just worried that you were dwelling on it. :(

It's better that you "left the building" anyway. You don't want to be at Entercom right now.

Means you don't fit their preferred "personality profile," probably.

And avoid affected alliteration. Always.

Here's the winning sales pitch you should've used somehow on the test: "You wouldn't want to buy any air time, would you? And if you did, you wouldn't want to buy it from me, would you?" You definitely would've passed the test.

I hate those "personality tests" I allways fail them
