Indy Pre-Currency PPM numbers?

I had heard that the first round of pre-currency numbers for the Indy market were to come out on Monday, anyone have any insight on how they looked or who the big winners in the new era of audience measurement are?

And when will these numbers actually be readable by us in the peanut gallery?

The new Indianapolis radio landscape will be revealed on Monday October 11th at Noon. Ironically, that's Columbus Day.

But remember this about the new discoveries: PPM ratings are based on audience estimates and are the opinion of Arbitron and should not be relied on for precise accuracy or precise representativeness of a demographic or radio market.

Thanks! Do you know if the published numbers will reflect all encoded stations or will Indianapolis still remain a "subscriber only" market? Speaking of which, any idea why Indy was unfortunate enough to attain that status?

I have heard that the Continental Broadcast Group owned stations (107.1 and the 810 AM) do not subscribe which is why Indy has been on that wonderful list.

Not just that Continental doesn't subscribe, but that its salespeople have still been using Arbitron numbers to sell.

It's also worth pointing out that not everyone is encoding yet, though all the significant players are.

I installed WKLU's a couple months ago & Jimbo700 installed 107.3/102.9/100.3 in the Columbus/Franklin/Shelbyville area. Beyond that, I'm not sure who is and who isn't.
