Infamous airchecks

Thank you to Keyjock for posting the Inetta quitting on air, aircheck. The Frankie Blue one is also now pretty infamous. are there other ones that we can look for? other entertaining ones that are now famous?.

Back in the mid-70s there was a comedy bit disguised as an aircheck called the Nine tape that was pretty widely circulated. (It showed what happened when a station reduced it's on-air slogan to just having the jock shout "NINE".) I may still have a copy of it on 1/4 inch open reel tape somewhere. Now if I can only find a
1/4-inch tape machine to play it on...


Then, of course, there's the infamous Casey Kasem "Snuggles" tape.

That is not really infamous im afraid but the Casey Kasem "snuggles" aircheck is definately a classic.
