I know CBS has started streaming some of their talk content in the past couple of months... anyone know when/if they'll do the same with their music stations, specifically KROQ?

All the CBS Radio stations are under pressure to upgrade equipment and begin streaming as soon as possible. KROQ is near the top of that list; expect it sometime this spring.

B-96 in Chicago is streaming, as well as HD Music Channels in New York and Chicago. Most or all of the CBS News/Talk stations are streaming, inculding all the FREE FM outlets. This is the default Windows media server for the CBS Radio stations:

mms://68.142.79.3/bdcast_infinity_xxxx-am/fm

Just fill in the "x"'s with the call letters of choice every now and then and see what comes up.

I have most Infinity news stations here:
