Infinity Sports Network rebranding

Today they announced the new lineup

I'm still puzzled whether BetMGM will continue as a separate network. Seems that content is being merged into the new WW1 Sports.

Here in Houston Audacy has BetMGM on a daytime AM and FM HD-3, while Infinity Sports Network is used as overnight and weekend filler on their main AM sportstalker. I have recently heard both stations airing the same thing at certain times.

Maggie and Perloff show is doing something different. They didn't announce anything today but said they are crossing the I's and dotting the T's and they will let everyone know on their social media what they are doing.
I mean all the weekday slots are filled. Unless they want to go to the Weekend which seems beneath them. I wonder if they got a deal at a Sirius, ESPN, or even a Podcast.

While out and about today I listened to the first hour of “You Better You Bet” on BetMGM. Host Nick Kostos spent the hour explaining the changes that will happen involving the new Westwood One Sports. He said that BetMGM is being merged into the new network, and that a lot of people were out of a job.

Sounds like any current BetMGM affiliate will become the home of WWOS on December 29. What happens in markets where Infinity Sports Network and BetMGM had stations for borh networks?

Well after Amy left I listened to the network less. JR was on too early for me It was better to listen when he was on at 10pm. Now I really have no reason to listen at all even the weekends. Thank goodness for mad dog sports radio and the two local Atlanta stations for me.

I've been listening as the network signs off a lot and at least on the WFAN hd2 feed that im getting on Alexa has a lot of promos for the weekday talent and they are done after Jody Mac tomorrow evening.

I just went back and listen to the launch of the "Westwood One" Sports and to have Brian Weeber as your first voice for your new network is certainly a choice. It really doesn't give confidence when this is your launch guy. There's a reason why he's a fill in guy and not full time.

What's wrong with him? I listened to the overnight show and it's better than boring David Shepherd who wanted to be the next Bob Costas. I liked Bart Winkler better.

In New York City, WFAN-FM HD2, which carried Infinity Sports Network, became Westwood One Sports. WFAN-FM HD3, which carried BetMGM Network, is gone.

Your launching a new network. Despite it being overnight, its the first impressions and to have Brian Weeber be your first voice? Hes a good fill in host but I wouldnt be able to listen to him every day. David Shepherd was great listen. Honestly he should of gotten the night slot over Pat Boyle whos good.

Why specifically don’t you like Brian Weeber? I like Pat Boyle a lot more than Sean Levine.

I never said I didn't like Weeber. Just the way he does his show, he's delivery and style just doesn't work for me. I get board really quickly. Like I will listen when he's filling in for Rome because the call in listeners really make it a lot more fun listen. Once in a while, he's fine but he wouldn't be must listen.

He fills in for Jim Rome a lot during the holiday breaks. He not a bad host.

Here in Denver KAMP airs Beck and Abdalla twice, live from 10-1 pm and than re-airs it from 1-4 pm. I guess they do that because KSEE 950 am airs Jim Rome 3-6 pm here.
