Info question

I was on the radio for 14 yrs doing a 3 times a week, 5 minute race update and trivia show. I never turned knobs, just did the actual talking. I have since moved and I wanted to know if it is possible for me to record my show and send it by email from my home to several out of state radio stations for play. I have the Audacity program and the super hard to understand Audio Audition. First of all, is it possible? I thank you for helping.....

It is very possible.

What physical equipment do you have? Microphones, mixers, sound cards, and such?

To produce something for air, you really need something more advanced than the built-in microphone that comes in my laptop. My laptop also has a subpar sound card that would require upgrading were I to use it for on-air use.

It seems like this is the future of radio and some other media, almost.
Send it to other race media, too: magazines, stuff like that for online use.
