Information on Sports Announcer Joe Thompson

Does anyone have any information on a sports announcer by the name of Joe Thompson? He did the play-by-play of the Cincinnati Royals during the 1968-69 season for WKRC Radio. He is a 1965 graduate of Grinnell College in Iowa. When he came to Cincinnati, Joe was President & General Manager of Media Sports Services, Inc. Joe would now be approximately 64 years old. Thanks.
 
I am the mother of 3 of Joe's children but I would like to know the reason for your inquiry before I provide further information ???
