Inner City Stations to YMF Media LLC

Inner City as debtor-in-possession has filed to transfer the licenses to YMF Media, LLC with an immediate LMA for continuity of operations. According to the bankruptcy court filings, this is the first step in the disposition of the stations. After FCC approval of the transfer of the licenses, YMF will further dispose of many of the other markets.
