Any ideas on what might happen here?
I dont know much about them, but this Yucaipa Company doesn't seem to have much history in radio (or any media)
 
They are operating a cluster in Phoenix. They recently killed off the FM Alternative Rock to go variety hits. I assume that they are going to operate the stations, at least in the near to mid term.

As stated before, upon transfer of ownership from IC to Yucaipa/Johnson one Columbia FM will need to be put in trust.
