I'll echo the sentiment!!!
I've sent 2 Model 531 mod monitors to them for re-calibration....FAST turnaround, and VERY fair pricing!!
The even dug through their archives to find a PRECISE date of manufacture for BOTH units!!
In a word --- OUTSTANDING!!:)
PS: Their mini keychain flashlights aren't just "throw-aways" -- They're well-made!!
