I just noticed today that Inside Edition along with Inside Edition Weekend are both no longer airing on the Massachusetts and New Hampshire ABC affiliates. It has been replaced by different shows instead and is now airing on WHDH instead.

Does anyone know what’s going on?

Could be related to the fact that the show is distributed by CBS Television Distribution. Although it's not a new thing.

Interesting. I wonder if CBS Television Distribution decided to end the show with both affiliates or the rights contract just simply expired.

Must have happened either yesterday or sometime last week.

WHDH has a lot more hours to fill than the network affiliates and so may make the best deal.

It was inevitable that IE was going to move after WCVB relegated it to post-Nightline Siberia to expand its late afternoon news block. WHDH is double-running it at 7:00P and 11:35P daily. They're also double-running IE Weekend at 7PM on both Saturdays and Sundays. In the process, WHDH gets out of the hypercompetitive 7PM news race.
