Hi Folks!
My name is Adam. I have an increasing curiosity in radio and television production, and am currently enrolled in COMM 1510 - Intro to Radio and TV production, at the University of Utah.
I hope you guys can help me and my class. We are required to find someone involved with the radio/tv industry to interview in regards to his or her roles, responsibilities, and experience. It''s an exciting opportunity to reach out and make a connection with the people who live the life of radio work.
If you guys have any suggestions on who might make for a good interview locally (or even remotely, I suppose), I would really appreciate the insight.
I can pass any suggestions onto my class as well. My class and I could use perspective on any number of positions, but to throw some ideas in the air: I think I might be interested in both on-air personalities, as well as those people who decide what shows to add to the schedule, or who try creating a new show and getting it running. I might be a little more curious about talk radio, but there's all kinds of stuff to explore.
For any suggestions, might you also include some suggestion on how to get in contact with them. Thanks! ;D
