Why is it that when a station is going down, the PD is the last one to get canned? Seriously, how many more formats need to be run into the ground before upper management realizes that the PDs have no clue. Oh, that's right, upper management has no clue either.

For being a communications company, I am handing the radio industry the "WOST COMMUNICATIONS" award. If you express your worries, you're seen as a trouble maker. Any suggestions?
- Budget? Oh, that's when we spend more money than we bring in right? And we save money by hiring bad people because the good people are actually worth something.
- "Hey, PD, the link on the website to that event is wrong." "Oh, it is on-air personality, I didn't know that. I never go to the website."
"Hey, did you hear what happened yesterday, PD?" "No, I didn't, on-air personality, because I don't listen to this station."
"Hey, PD, will you please send out that e-mail to get programming, marketing, IT, NTR, promotions, sales, engineering, interns, and techs together that way when when something goes wrong no one is to blame because no one knows what their responsibilites are?"
