Dan Yorke,,, Did you hear him on Wed? Making fun of callers who called asking for tel numbers to thier law makers. Any other Talk Show host would have GLADLY helped. He turned off most of his listeners.. Dan, When someone calls Gordon Fox, Tom Slater, Steve Costantino, you know what they do, ,,, ROLL OUT THE RED CARPET!!! Dan, You are poison to our airwaves. Another of your new bumpers is from the new Batman Movie. Really! Dan , your bumpers should be from the Power Puff Girls ,or Will and Grace. I mean it. Dan Yorke`s strange ways give the dirt bags in the State House great hope and free reign... Integrity, Honesty, Gutts, No Dan , YOU ARE NONE OF THOSE....

I heard him on the way home with a caller who had reached some state agency & got someone live answering the phone after 5PM. Dan was OK with the guy & urged him to phone his lawmaker too. Frankly why don't these people just find the correct phone number to call? Why call a talk show to get a number? Take responsibility & initiative, get off your arse, & find the number. Yorke isn't there to find phone numbers for people.

Yes if the topic of a phone number comes up in the course of the conversation it's fine. If Dan or anyone doing a talk show is on a rant & wants people to make phone calls, then again fine. I didn't hear the instance you're talking about but he doesn't work for AT&T & if it gets to the point where people are calling to ask for phone numbers, then they're lazy like 3/4 of the world that wants someome else to do their legwork. I doubt that he looks at callers as a pain, but probably reacts to them as he thinks they should be reacted to. I'm not automatically including you as part of idiot America but just giving an opinion & am not going to join the masses of people who use radio boards as a mask for issues so let's agree to disagree.
