Interesting FM DX yesterday (10/22)

while driving on Hwy 59 near the George R Brown yesterday morning, my scanning with my car radio it locked onto 95.3 KCXY from East Camden, Arkansas, playing country music with "the hits and the country legends." About 350 highway miles from Houston. not bad for a random, unexpected catch for the car radio.

There's something about 95.3 here in Houston that lends to some serious skip. Logged WOLZ-Fort Myers last year, complete with ID and RDS read out of "Oldies 95-3 OLZ". Nice catch on KCXY.
