Interesting new(??) dance station in NY state

Anyone heard of this dance station before?
It's called "DRIVE FX" on four different frequencies in Poughkeepsie, NY

Been listening to them online and it's a true DANCE/ELECTRONIC station,
not a station claiming to be dance by playing LMFAO and crappy pop remixes.
Owned by Sunrise Broadcasting.

Anyone know the story about this station? Is it new?
How does a station like this make $$ in market 166?
 
We could use this format in Philly. Streamed it; loved it.
