Very cool to see an actual dance song at the top of a Rhythmic/CHR again! :)

I believe Stereo Love will be 2010's version of Cry For You. It's only now hitting CHR after sitting high on the dance charts for months.

Looks reallly good except for Kings of Leon doesnt belong on a Rhythmic,, unless its a dance or Rhythmic version,, But otherwise it looks great. Also a bit off topic, and this is for every radio station, not just WPOW but their are way too many Eminem songs on CHR and Rhythmic charts right now, and they are generally all 3 played within the hour,,, doesnt this vilote the DMCA rules? Anyway, im still waiting for Stereo Love to get out of just mixshow airplay in Indianapolis, but the good news is, our alternative station 103.3 The X is also playing Stereo Love on Hit The Decks on sunday nights,,, which BTW thats the only mixshow in Indy we have that is completely pure dance, with no hip hop or pop, but Radio Now 100.9 and I-94 both have pretty good dance leaning mixshows. I would have to say the I94 plays more actual Dance that Radio Now 100.9,,, but overall Radio Now plays more consitent Uptempo hits and Dance_pop leaning, while I-94 plays alot of the Hot AC stuff.

Yes that was the one that stuck out to me. I believe they have had 3 singles out since that one. ALOT of titles from 2009 still being rotated...that's kinda desperate.

OLD OLD OLD

The playlist size is typical of a good number of Rhythmic CHRs. 20-25 currents plus plenty of Recurrents. Wild 94.1 Tampa is also built that way, as are the Cox-owned stations.

FM's are required to work under the same set of rules that internet stations are.

Does it matter if it's an artist featuring another artist?

Take this playlist for example

Eminem / Rihanna - Love The Way You Lie
Eminem - Not Afraid
Rihanna - Unfaithful
D12 / Eminem - My Band
Rihanna - Pon De Replay
Eminem - Real Slim Shady
Rihanna / Jeezy - Hard

Would it be legal to play this playlist within an hour?

I find it super interesting how Florida has one of the first top 40 and rhythmic stations to heavily and successfully play/test this song, yet..... :-X well I'll just leave it at that.

Why couldn't the whole southeast just be like Florida?
