Normally, 98.7 is pretty much All Cardinals, All Year, All The Time, to the point where the World Series is dumped onto 620 -- if it airs anywhere at all in this market -- in favor of local (read: Cardinals) talk. But tonight, they put a semi-irrelevant Diamondbacks game on The Big Stick, while relegating local coverage of the NFL Draft to Ancient Modulation. At least it's the local guys instead of ESPN Radio.

Interesting sports priorities by TMISU

Obviously I've been in the sun too long, as I agree with the way TMISU handled the NFL draft. It's beyond boring on radio, so why put it on the Big Stick when Sports Parking Lot 6~Twenty (and co-owned Sports Parking Lot 8~Sixty) can carry it? The D'backs are the only local team that has a following until the Cards start pre season.
First it was Legend City, then it was Tent City, now the proprietor of the Buckeye Media Hut may be on his way out. If that's the case, then our long national nightmare may soon be over!
