Interesting station near Lafayette

KOGM in Opelousas has tweaked their format to more of a 'Rock Top 40' lean. A very interesting choice for this small town station. They do put a fair signal into Lafayette, and I know more people have noticed them now than when they were an oldies jukebox. I just wish theyd have some professional liners cut to give the station a more consistent feel with the music. They do have live Jocks in the daypart shifts.

Check out the playlist:

Looks like Chris made more changes to "Mix 107.1" I was in Lafayette a couple of weeks ago and there were more 80s and 90s mixed in, with most on the lighter side (KTDY music). I think this playlist (if yes.net is accurate) will be a good fit for office listening. This is what KQIS should've done years ago...combine Planet, KTDY, and KSMB into one station, being light to non-existent on the hip-hop.

What an interesting mix of music. "The Heat Is On" is weird next to the Fratellis and Evanesece!
