Interesting way of covering up a blacked-out baseball game

The Yankees and Braves are playing each other. The game is supposed to be on TBS and YES. COX Cable, however has replaced TBS with CNN Headline News. Why they would do this is beyond me as CNN Headline News is already on Channel 70. COX is showing National Commercials on the CNN Headline News feed on Channel 12, while COX comemrcials are on Channel 70.

In the past if a game on TBS was blacked out (i.e. if the Braves were playing the Mets and the game was on TBS and CW 11/CW 20) TBS would just have a black screen.
