Interesting...

I really don't care who owns the radio station I listen to, and I get tired of this type of branding. Standard Radio did the same thing pretty much, and I didn't care if my radio station was a Standard Radio station. I listen for the music or the quality of the news, not the ownership. I'm going to listen to BOB FM whether it's owned by CTVgm, Corus, Rogers, Astral, NewCap, Rawlco, Blackburn Group, Radio Nord,the Irvings, Tillsonburg Broadcasting, Quinte Broadcasting, King’s Kids Promotions Outreach Ministries, or UWO Student Council - as long as the programming satisfies my needs. And if I'm somewhere else I'm not going to pick a radio station just because it has the same owner as my favourite station at home.
