It is reasonable to assume that someone who works for Riviera (owner of Power 98.3) or a fan of Power (who is in the know about what's going on) registered that domain. CBS should have registered it, as they (presumably) did with 1015jams.com, 1015jamz.com, my1015jamz.com, and my1015jamz.net.
