Interference complaints against KKDJ (K259CF) & FCC letter

Doesn't matter what the contours of KCIV are, if they have listeners that are being interfered with by a new, and especially secondary station, the onus is on the new station to resolve the interference.

Why is 99.7 bleeding over into 99.9 at all? Time for a new transmitter already?

I think it is time for KKDJ to move off the 99.7 frequency. I'm driving south on 99 near Olive, and KKDJ is not listenable! This is just a waste! WHY HAVE IT???

K259CF filed and application on 10/04/2018 to change the frequency to 102.3. There is a note on the FCC web site showing:
K259CF FX SOUTH FRESNO CA BPFT 20181003AJZ Technical deficiency -awaiting applicant information

This could take a while for the FCC to act on the pending application.

GOOD! I miss listening to 99.7 KIOO anyway!
