Internet Clearances for Advertising?

I've noticed this week that KPOJ's Windows Media stream is no longer going silent for advertising spots, as it had been doing since I first started using it. The spots include a lot of local spots, so I think they are the same as those going out over the air.

Have the rules about Internet clearances for advertising changed recently, or is this a technical screwup?<P ID="signature">______________

Interesting...710 KIRO/Seattle, 680 WRKO/Boston, and 810 KGO/SFO all delete local commercials, but still have local news, weather, and traffic.
KGO has silence during the breaks, while the Entercom stations have promotional announcements for upcoming shows and music.

I think that these stations have come to realize that SAG/AFTRA are the toothless tigers they really are.
