Internet Radio based out of Atlanta????

I cant listen to radio while at work....so I listen to streaming online. A few months ago, I was just browsing around and I stumbled into an internet radio station based out of Atlanta called Power Radio. Anybody heard of this station yet? Who owns them? All I can say is that they're playing some really, i mean, REALLY good music. They claim to play hits from the 80's and up with hip hop....and its very true. Very diversified! For once I can sit back and enjoy what radio used to be.....FUN. Haven't heard their show yet, but supposed to be 2 guys named Crazy Mike and AC. It's all on their website, "PowerRadioOnline.com". Am I the only crazy one listening to this or anybody else aware and enjoying this?

I'm amazed at how this stream has grown so rapidly.

It's averaging over 2,000 persons weekdays per hour, and for early evening weekend peaks hits over 3,000 per hour, consistently...

(makes an old radio programming pro proud of the effort in this "for kicks" side arena - and for those versed in realistic net listening numbers, well, you know why)

Who cares where it is from unless it is local-specific programming. It's the internet. Anything is equally avalable.
 
If I do say so, this crowd is more heralding their creativity in finding success netcasting to a worldwide audience from local digs rather than boasting of success via super serving a local community (which I completely champion).

Caught my old friend Jones Andrews proudly mentioning how his Majic 102.9 out of Gainesville has a significant net presence that reaches to Hawaii last week, for instance... I smiled, happy for him and his excellent operation that EARNS fans from close and afar the old school way.
